I’m a Design Strategist and User Researcher with a knack for visual storytelling. For the past two years, I have been working in New York City with UNICEF, The New School and Planned Parenthood of New York City, while completing a Master’s degree in Strategic Design and Management at Parsons School of Design. I also hold a Bachelor’s in Communications Design from Nottingham Trent University, and have over five years of prior experience working with organizations in South East Asia. I have led design on a wide range of cross-disciplinary projects for World Wide Fund for Nature as Senior Design Specialist, as well as for UNDP Bangkok Regional Hub.
Through this journey, I have been able to work at the intersection of human-centered design and business, to explore ways in which well-designed products, services and experiences can be developed and scaled to address social issues, and improve user experience. I specialize in design research, co-creation workshop facilitation, creative concepting, rapid prototyping, data visualization and branding.
I enjoy making things with my hands, taking photographs, hiking and instagramming everything. Currently, I am based in the Chicago area, and looking for collaboration opportunities in service design and user experience strategy.
